Residents can park up to two vehicles on their property. Street parking is available for visitors, but please ensure driveways are clear.

Trash and recycling bins may be put on the curb the evening before scheduled pickup days. Bins must be retrieved by 7PM the day of scheduled pickup.

All home upgrades need ARC approval first. Visit our site for the request form and guidelines.

Per Chandler City Code 30-20F

Pool water must be drained onto your own property (landscape) or into the sanitary sewer cleanout; drainage into the street is prohibited.
